Civil Analyst/Civil Engineer
Location: Raleigh, NC (North Hills)
Job Type: Full-Time, On-site

Description
This is a full time role for an entry level Civil Analyst or Civil Engineer I. The role focuses on supporting land development projects through design, CAD production, calculations, field observation, and coordination with project engineers and managers.
​
Key Responsibilities
-
Support Design of Residential and Commercial land development projects
-
Assist with preparing site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, erosion control, and stormwater design.
-
Perform due diligence research and site feasibility analysis.
-
Prepare exhibits, calculations, and portions of engineering reports.
-
Assist with construction administration tasks such as RFIs, Submittal reviews, and As-builts.
-
Attend internal team meetings and assist with project coordination.
-
Take part in jobsite visits and engineering field observations.
-
Learn and grow under the guidance of Professional Engineers and Project Managers.

Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

​Proficiency or coursework in Civil 3D
-
Strong understanding of grading, utilities, hydrology, and hydraulics. (Preferred but not required.)

Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

North Carolina Driver's License
-
EIT Certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months.)

Project Engineer/Project Manager

Description
This is a full time role for a Project Engineer/Project Manager. The position involves civil design, planning, stormwater management, permitting, construction administration, client coordination, and full project management responsibilities depending on experience level.
​
Key Responsibilities

Lead or support residential and commercial land development projects.

Perform due diligence and site feasibility analyses.

Prepare engineering design, calculations, reports, and supporting documents.

Prepare site plans and full construction drawing packages.
-
Coordinate with municipalities for approvals and permitting.

Manage RFIs, shop drawings, cost estimates, as-builts, and certifications.

Assist with rezoning and master planning processes, including neighborhood meetings and public hearings.

Manage client communication and project schedules.

Support business development activities (optional, performance based bonuses available.)

Requirements

PE License (NC) (Or obtainable within 3 months)

2+ years civil engineering experience in land development.

Proficiency in Civil 3D, stormwater design, grading & drainage design, utilities, and erosion control.

Experience with CA tasks (preferred)

Strong communication and client interaction skills.

NC Drivers License (required).

Senior Project Engineer/
Senior Project Manager
Location: Raleigh, NC (North Hills)

Description
This senior level engineering and management role is responsible for leading complex land development projects, overseeing project teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring technical excellence throughout design, permitting, and construction. The position offers significant autonomy and growth potential.
​
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead full project lifecycle for large or complex land development projects.
-
Direct engineering design efforts, QA/QC, and technical review of deliverables.
-
Oversee preparation of construction documents, stormwater reports, calculations, and engineering studies.

Provide strategic guidance on entitlement, rezoning, master planning, and community meetings.
-
Manage construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, as-builts, certifications, and field coordination.
-
Serve as the primary client contact and maintain long-term client relationships.

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to the design team.
-
Contribute to business development, proposal writing, and new client opportunities.

Maintain project schedules, budgets, and profitability goals.

Requirements
-
PE License (NC) required.

6-10+ years of civil engineering experience with a focus on land development.

Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, stormwater modeling, utility design, and grading.

Strong understanding of local municipal processes, permitting pathways, and development regulations.

Proven experience managing clients and multidisciplinary project teams.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

NC Driver's License required.
